[摘要]提出了一種能夠適用于內支撐系統的裝配式地鐵車站施工方案,并對其支撐、腰梁及地下連續墻節點進行了靜載足尺試驗,對比了腰梁與連續墻之間采用鋼板連接及接駁器連接兩種不同連接方式下節點的整體力學性能。結果表明:采用兩種不同連接方式的節點最終破壞方式較接近,首先均是支撐頂部的受力鋼筋發生受拉屈服,隨著懸臂端荷載增大,在正應力及剪應力的作用下支撐底部的混凝土達到雙軸抗壓強度,混凝土發生破壞,試件失效;鋼板連接節點的水平鋼板能夠較好地協調不同位置處鋼筋的應力并且提供更高的承載力和更好的延性。

Experimental study on mechanical performance of joints of strut-waist beam-diaphragm wall joint connected by steel plate and mechanical coupler

Abstract: A new prefabricated subway station construction method that can be applied to the internal support system was proposed. A static full-scale test on the strut-waist beam-diaphragm wall joints were carried out. The overall mechanical properties of the joints under the two different connection methods of the steel plate connection and the mechanical coupler connection used between the waist beam and the continuous wall were compared. The results show that the failure modes of the joints under the two connection modes are similar. The failure starts from the longitudinal reinforcement at the top of the support yielding, and then during the load increasing, the concrete at the bottom achieves biaxial compressive strength under normal and shear stress. The concrete was crushes and the specimen failed. The horizontal steel plate at the steel plate connection points can better coordinate the stress of the steel bars at different locations and provide higher bearing capacity and better ductility.
