[摘要]雄安站站房采用型鋼混凝土柱,柱距、柱截面大。按照傳統埋入式柱腳設計方法,型鋼在承臺中埋深過大,柱下承臺厚度過大,基坑需要開挖大量的土方工程。針對以上設計難題,經過反復比較論證,采用一種新型的半埋入式柱腳,型鋼埋入約1.35倍截面高度,采用雙向設置靴梁的方式來解決柱腳彎矩傳遞給基礎的問題,同時減小了承臺厚度。通過有限元仿真分析及縮尺模型試驗,研究了該半埋入式柱腳的受力性能。研究結果表明,該半埋入式柱腳在設計荷載作用下基本處于彈性工作階段,抗彎承載力滿足設計要求,且具有足夠的安全儲備。

Research on design and mechanical performance of semi-embedded steel reinforced concrete column foot of Xiong’an Railway Station

Abstract: Xiong’an Railway Station building adopts steel reinforced concrete columns with large column spacing and column cross-section. According to traditional buried column foot design method, the section steel is buried too deep in the cap and the thickness of the cap under the column is too large, and the foundation pit needs to be excavated a lot of earthwork. In response to the above design problems, after repeated comparisons and demonstrations, a new type of semi-embedded column foot was used, with the section steel embedded about 1.35 times the section height, and the bidirectional setting of boot beams was used to solve the problem of the bending moment of the column foot being transmitted to the foundation. At the same time, the thickness of the column cap was reduced. Through finite element simulation analysis and scale model test, the mechanical performance of the semi-embedded column foot was studied. Research result shows that the semi-embedded column foot is basically in an elastic working stage under the design load, the flexural bearing capacity meets the design requirements, and has sufficient safety reserves.
